When we decided to relocate, we wanted to have our dogs certified as Emotional Support Animals (ESA). Since we were living in Cyprus at that time and didn’t have access to a physical training center, we chose to register them through an online program.

The course was incredibly convenient — clear video lessons, practical exercises, and real trainer support. We were able to learn and train at our own pace, right from home. For us, this was a much better option than putting extra stress on the dogs by taking them into new environments filled with other dogs, people, and distractions. At home they felt safe, relaxed, and it made the learning process so much smoother.

We are also truly grateful for the fact that any dog can become a service or emotional support dog, regardless of breed, or size. Every dog deserves the chance to support their humans, and this program made that possible for us.

SDTSI helped us so much throughout this journey. They were always easy to contact, supportive, and genuinely kind. The course itself was very easy to follow, and we were extremely happy with the whole experience.
