This program has been both successful and effective. I have used other service dog programs in the past, but the access to a coach has been very helpful. The videos are useful, simple, and well done. I feel confident that at 9 months old, Emi has a lot to learn, but she has mastered the basics in record time. I have done basic training for 4 service dogs, and she has by far been the smartest and easiest to train using this process. 

I have also learned more in this program than I expected. I already knew, but I also learned a few new techniques about the psychiatric aspect of service dog training that are very useful. We will continue to work on skills and techniques to improve and deepen her skills.
